Sep 4, 2023 · I can access thru the website no problem. It downloads ( and then always deletes) a file to run client on my PC to access a remote computer. But I cannot use the desktop client app.

Thanks @casacoco, restarting the LogMeIn service on the host fixed it for me-- thanks. Obviously not helpful though if you don't have physical access to the host. I hope LMI do something about this.
