I'm having crazy volume consistency issues, does anyone know of some all-powerful volume normalizer that will actually alter the MP3 file and not just change the volume through Winamp or something?

i've been looking for something like this too... best way i can think of is batch convert them to wav, batch normalize the wavs, and batch convert them to mp3.
