President Donald Trump has announced a new health care plan that experts say leave a number of questions as to what the administration intends to do with regard to health insurance. On Thursday, the president unveiled "The Great Healthcare Plan," and it includes measures such as lowering drug prices and the cost of health insurance premiums.
